An Evening with Maxwell Wines & Chef Fabian Lehmann

Bringing together a distinguished line-up of chefs, Jae Bang (former executive chef of Michelin-starred Re-Naa in Norway), Fabian Lehmann (Maxwell Executive Chef), and Freyja’s head chef Aaron Caccia, this will be a collaborative dining experience presenting a menu shaped by wild foraging, fermentation and preservation.
Dishes on the menu include: fermented buckwheat croustade with kombu-cured hiramasa kingfish and sesame emulsion; a Jerusalem artichoke tartlet with puffed buckwheat and grilled daikon; and Wagyu short rib with beetroot, red currant and sake glaze. Wine pairings will feature: 2023 Eocene Shiraz; 2025 Grenache Blanc; and Maxwell Wines’ signature Honey Mead.

Your Maxwell Clan wine club membership must be active to attend our events. Disruptive conduct during member events will not be tolerated.
